This is propaganda because
I think this advertisement displays simplified information. Pepsi has made a new recipe and is persuading people that this version is better. So, if someone didn't like Pepsi Zero before, they should buy it again. I perceive this to be beneficial because it is not doing anything to hurt a group of people, it's simply persuading people to purchase a carbonated beverage.
