    I rated this example in the middle because I feel like its neither good or bad. 33% of people thought it was beneficial 33% thought it was harmful and 33% thought it was in the middle. Whats important here is that it's spreading useless information. This example demonstrates to me that propoganda gets spread in many ways and sometimes its a waste.
