Emotional appeal because it shows you consequences of texting and driving.
I feel like this is very beneficial because you can see what the mother has to deal with.
They are selling the message by making you scared of texting and driving because it shows the outcome, making this appeal to force.

This is propaganda because it's showing us that this kid lost his life due to texting while driving and showing you the consequences of what will happen. This is certainly beneficial because now people know that you can't text and drive because this is what could or will happen and gives everybody a heads up. They are selling the message by scaring you so you won't text and drive. I feel like this is appeal to force because if you text and drive this is most likely what will happen.

This message qualifies as propaganda, because its trying to change our thoughts about texting and driving and telling us not to do it. This is beneficial, because it shows us what texting and driving can do. They sell the message by telling us a story about a patrol officer getting killed because of someone texting and driving. This message shows an appeal to pity, because they make us feel bad about the mother who lost his son, because of texting and driving.

This qualifies as propaganda by making you feel emotional about the situation. The propagandist is "selling the message" by showing you the harmful effects of texting and driving. The emotional appeal they use is appeal to pity, they want you to think about the consequences next time you text and drive and to feel bad about the people who have lost their lives. This is beneficial because it will make us think next time we go to text and drive.

I agree with DeLane J. due to how the mother was recruiting members to help participate in the 5k. I agree with this message appealing to pity from the way the mother is telling the story on her who died from texting and driving. This message is indeed beneficial to help stop texting and driving in todays world.
