Fix the Leaks

Background Information
Even for dedicated do-it-yourselfers, finding and fixing leaks can be a hassle. For years, the industry claimed that the equipment needed to identify natural gas leaks could be time-consuming to use, and that it supposedly had more profitable things to do. Now, however, new camera technologies enable operators to easily see leaks of invisible natural gas. This ability to quickly identify the source of a leak means that finding and fixing them is more cost-effective and efficient than ever.
Technique Used
Respond to Audience Needs
This is propaganda because
It's attacking the oil/gas industry by comparing the problems of the oil/gas industry to the problems of a homeowner with #fixtheleaks.

The information overall is beneficial, but does not have credibility that some who would want to take action would need. The image is powerful, but with more credibility from cited sources, it would make the message have more impact. There will always be those who do not believe a difference should be made, but maybe more would have a desire to enact change.
