Let's Build the Keystone XL

Background Information
TV ad called "Let's Build the Keystone XL Pipeline" created by the American Petroleum Institute that is running online and on television networks around the country.
Technique Used
Simplify Ideas
This is propaganda because
Provides a singular, one sided perspective to a complicated issue and does not provide any information about either argument; it only touts people who have expressed support for whatever (also not explained) reason. Makes it seem like there is bipartisan support for the pipeline when there isn't. Completely misleading and in many instances lying, stretching someones quote/writing to mean more.

So its bandwagon its kind of in the middle and also effective by showing that two different parties are agreeing on it.
