Background Information
This poster is by designer Jeff Gates of the "Chamomile Tea Party." This is from 2012 and appeared on subway posters.

This is propaganda because
It plays on the fears and frustrations of losing one's job and home and retirement by blaming politicians for caring more about politics than policy. This is a serious accusation without consideration for the complex political, social, economic, etc. environments nor the personal responsibility that may also cause such hardships.

This is a really easily spotted form of propoganda, in my opinion, because it reflects the propoganda the US used in the wars. It reflects one to "not play party politics" because these bad things can happen when you blindly follow someone. And we've all known someone who has been down on their luck, or lost everything to one small move or being fired or let-go from a job, which I assume this is talking about, and thus it plays hard on emotions. Even the symbolism used.

This is a really interesting poster, as it doesn't clearly state who it is supporting. I think this could be confusing to some people and not work to the advantage of the "Chamomile Tea Party" as they intend.
