    I think this is a great form of propaganda to inform the community about a topic such as politics because it can be a hard and confusing topic to understand. Instead of introducing this as a proposition or legislation first, they introduce what it is exactly. This makes it simpler for the audience to understand.

    Who's the author? Vote4Energy.org is a voter education project of the American Petroleum Institute (API). It's a trade association representing all facets of the oil and natural gas industry. So this is clearly a work of propaganda that seeks to persuade voters to be aligned with their business interests.
