    Yes, this is propaganda. Although, I don't know how I stand on this ad so far. Yes, I believe Trump's comments are very bad, but I believe that when Hillary uses them against him that's sort of making it seem like she doesn't have a really good thing she wants to say/create awareness of that would take the bad attention about trumps comments and make it good attention for herself. I think that making fun/presenting bad qualities of people or groups just isn't good propaganda.
