I think it's more harmful than beneficial because it's showing that if you drink Diet Coke, you will be just like Taylor Swift, skinny and beautiful, where people shouldn't change who they are. Also, even though it is DIET coke, it's still not good for your body and people will get addicted which leads to dehydration.

I feel like this can be beneficial to some people and harmful to others. Some will see a skinny celebrity drinking a diet drink, and they think that she is skinny because of that drink. Others will see that she is drinking a diet drink, and stay away from that drink because they don't think that drinking a can of diet coke will change anything.

I thought this ad was very beneficial. Taylor Swift is drinking Coke Zero so it must be good. They are advertising the Zero calories part also by showing a very skinny person drinking it.

I believe that this video ad was very beneficial for the Coke business. With watching this ad, you would think that if you drank their product, Diet Coke, that you'd look just like, and be as talented as, the idol- Taylor Swift.

I think that this ad is very harmful because it makes people think twice abouthow they look and how much they weigh, when they are compared to a model and pop singer/actress, it put people down.

I don't think this add was that effective. I know most people like Taylor Swift and look at her as a role model, so if she is drinking Coke, then they should too. I, personally, didn't want to go get a Coke after this add.

I think this ad is harmful because it could make someone think that they aren't thin enough or that they need to change the way they look. I also think it is harmful because just because it is "Diet" soda it doesn't mean that it is good for you.

This ad shows a popular music artist Taylor Swift drinking Diet Coke. Taylor Swift appears to be very skinny in this ad, and she is drinking Diet Coke. The creators are swaying towards the fact diet coke will keep you skinny and beautiful.

This example is propaganda because Coke uses a popular singer to try to persuade people to buy its products. I think this example is beneficial and harmful; it is benefitting Coke, who gets a boost in sales by using Taylor Swift's popularity to sell the products. However, it is harmful to people who have a bad body image; they see the skinny girl in the ad and they feel even worse about themselves.

I said this was beneficial. It does not harm anyone who sees it because it is a simple add for a brand. Although there are body images displayed it isn't harmful to kids.

I do not find this propaganda to be harmful or beneficial. It is not harmful as it is an ad to boost sales, but is not beneficial as it does not benefit anyone besides the company.

I do not see this as being propaganda to promote dieting. I understand the product is "diet" coke, but I honestly just see the inclusion of Taylor Swift as a way of getting more consumers. I suppose if you interpret "stay extraordinary", as the company saying, "stay slim", I would understand. I however, feel they are hinting that if you drink this product, you will be just like Taylor Swift; which to me means creative, and successful.

Indeed, this fits the bill. It aims to reach a large group of people, does not encourage individual thought, and entourages a particular action (i.e. to drink Diet Coke). Also, it is harmful, because it reinforces body image issues.

Since I don't like diet coke, it didn't influence. I could appreciate for its overall color scheme but it didn't influence me.
