I think this is a great example of propaganda. I'm not quite sure it activates emotion though, but simplifies an idea.

This is simplifying the idea very well. It explains that smoke butts are gross.

I think that this is a great example of propaganda. I think the only thing that needs a little bit of improving would be in the "this is propaganda because" section.

I think this shows good propaganda because smoking is really bad for you. It shows some sort of amusement to it, but also tries to get to the point to not smoke.

I think this is beneficial towards people because it can encourage people not to smoke. Another reason why it could be beneficial is because it also might make people not try to smoke also. The ad can also be harmful to the cigarette companies because they might lose business.

This is propaganda because it uses humor to get a laugh from the audience, delivers a simple message and also gets the point across not to smoke. This is beneficial because it tries to convince smokers to quit, but it does not play on any emotions enough that it's effective. This only presents a message degrading smoking, but does not explain why.

Seeing this piece of propaganda, I personally find this an effective tool to get people to not smoke. From what we can see, this uses the art of humour to make people think of how disgusting cigarette butts are, alongside the animal butts.

The propaganda because it is humorous and is trying to get across the message not to smoke. When it says "butts are gross" the reader immediately thinks of a butt like the body part. Which is gross. But then the cigarette butt is seen and realize that too is gross because smoking is bad for you.

I think this is propaganda because it's showing that cigarette butts are gross, along with actual butts. It's using humor to make the audience laugh at it while it delivers the important message that smoking is bad.

This add used humor to encourage people to either quit or avoid using cigarettes. It used the word butts to represent the left-over bit of a cigarette and the backside of several animals. It shows how 'butts are gross' is a theme for both forms of butts. The information for this add id dependent of the viewers prior knowledge of the effects of cigarettes.

I understand this add and support it fully, it pulled at my heart strings. I believe this add was directed towards all people and animals. What it lacked in substance it made up for in visuals. I'm glad I saw this add or I never would have known.
