This might promote the stereotype of women as being overly talkative in comparison to men.

I found this particular advertisement to be more beneficial than harmful. Recently in the media, there has been a lot of coverage on the former USA Gymnastics doctor, Larry Nassar, being sentenced to 175 years in prison on sexual assault chargers made by former female clients. This advertisement shows that, once one woman speaks up about sexual assault, more women have the courage and power to speak their mind as well. It's such a simple advertisement, yet has so much meaning behind it.
