This is propaganda because
The Arizona Constitution speaks of universities being close to free, however there has been a increased cost in universities in Arizona. This image encourages people to consider the potential consequences of that debt and drivers for that increased debt. Is this creased debt and increase cost of universities good for Arizona and for students studying in Arizona? I think in the long term it will delay the potential individual personal and family progress of these students, which was the main purpose of attending the university to begin with. Not only are student loans not helping the problem, but there needs to be a careful consideration of money is bending spent.
