    i rate it like this because for some people it may be good to know that china is getting benefits but for other persons it may be something bad that make people feel amgry

    Well I think the "harmful" or "beneficial" thing, depend on which side you are. Since I don't care of US, Russia or China, well I put a 3 or middle. The type of propaganda is "Information" and you can prevent it by not buying newspaper.
