This video use exciting background music and big data to evoke watcher's mood and enhance their confidence about how success recent years our coutry had overcomed a lot of poverty problem. Personally, it is beneficial as long as the data is true and credible. (The only fear is that the data, the example is "formlism", like only list the successful example and exclude those failed or small effect example.)
