Corona Virus

Background Information
I found this while browsing memes. It's about a guy who found his shirt from china and wants to get rid of it because of the corona virus. It was found in a website article made by ruinmyweek.com. The article was called "As The Coronavirus Spreads, So Do The Memes (51 Coronavirus Memes)".
Technique Used
Attack Opponents
This is propaganda because
It targets a specific event. The corona virus started in China and now there's a stigma when you say something is from China. Everyone gets very antsy.

This form of propaganda is extremely harmful. Yes, the coronavirus did originate from Wuhan, China. However, that does not give us the right to use that as a way to segregate, discriminate, or just make rude and insensitive comments about the people of China or their products. This leads to violent racism and stereotypes that ruins many cultures and spouts from ignorance.

This picture is very controversial and also shows the racism towards Chinese at this time because this is where we believe the virus started.
