This is propaganda because
They are claiming that due to us not being able to go outside, we have to believe that there will be no resources available to us. In this example, asking "Do people still dance? Are Food trucks still a thing?" due to the unknown of how long we will be inside of quarantine, it could be a few months or as this is saying - a few years. This I string to influence people into believing that people will change so drastically that nothing will be the same. This is harmful.

This is a comical interpretation of how long quarantining is lasting. While it is overexaggerating it, it does feel like we've been away from normal life for so long that everything will be so different when it goes back to normal.

I think this is satirical. It's supposed to be funny and a reasonable viewer would know that our resources are still intact. It is playing on our fears of greater consequence of events like this- like are we going to reach apocalyptic level due to this virus? (oh, no zombies!!) But analytical viewers would laugh like they're supposed to.
