Propaganda is often used to improve public heath, which is exactly what this picture is trying to do, by stopping or slowing the spread of COVID-19. At this time with so much uncertainty about how to deal with the corona virus outbreak, the government and different health organizations are trying to keep people as healthy and informed as possible.
