I think this is positive enforcement towards the dangers of being too open online, young people especially should be guarded when it comes to what they shares because kids are mean and they will do anything to tear another kid they don't like down.

This is beneficial especially to teenagers who uses too much internet nowadays. They can alarm teenagers to what really happens in the online world. They should think first on what they will be posting online.

This is beneficial because the girl in the photo looks disturbed that she is in this position. With that being said she is angry that she posted what she did and has a lot of regret in doing so.

I think this picture is helpful and they are just putting the word out there that you should be careful before you post something on social media

The girl is stretching across the screen and a hint of nudity (=sexuality) is here to attract and lock viewers' eyes. The girl has a naive and innocent-like expression, implying she had no intention and is not pleased revealing herself. Her body language (her left leg's position) is very suggestive of this innocence uncomparable with the sexualised/revealing scene.
The second revelation is the computer, and it makes the point amazingly simple and transparent.
Anyone more interested with the scene would come closer and read the labels, but the computed itself with the lower statement is enough to get the message. The statement itself is pretty small, but the scene itself is memorable so anyone seeing this ad for one time will surely take a closer look next time they see it.
Since I cannot think of an ideology that would be against the message this commercial offers, I cannot but rate it as 100% beneficial.
    Is it propaganda? Of course.
