Found on my Twitter. This person is ranting about an innocuous health information program designed to help people understand the risks of cardiac arrest. It’s not clear why he believes that this health program is a form of propaganda and disinformation.

This tweet demonstrates the propaganda is in the eye of the beholder. To me this health information message is just promoting an informational event. To the Twitter author, it’s a dangerous message.
