She's selling Mcdonalds by telling you that the workers want $15.00 an hour but cant even get your order right, she compares it to a paramedic, there jobs are pretty dangerous, the patient could die right on the spot, or figure out what hospital to go too. Its an appeal to pity, because she wants you to feel bad for her order being wrong.

This message qualifies as propaganda because it compares her job to a fast food worker's job and how unbelievable it is they feel that the minimum wage should be increased. It is very beneficial because it shows how hard being a paramedic is when you only get paid $11.00 an hour. You have to go to college to be a paramedic and she doesn't get paid much higher than the minimum wage. Fast food workers get orders wrong all the time and are often lazy and its ridiculous that they would want the minimum wage to be increased; the minimum wage was created specifically for minors, not for grown adults. The propagandist is, "selling" the message by comparing her work day to that of a fast food worker's. It appeals to plainfolks because there are others who have gone to college and earned a degree who should get paid way more than that of a fast food worker.

This qualifies as propaganda because the person who posted this used social media to get her word out. this is beneficial because it shows that there are more important jobs out there than flipping burgers and they don´t get the wages or respect they deserve. the propagandist is selling the message by putting a real life situation in her post and saying what happens is you do the wrong thing. The emotional appeal used is plainfolks because this is reality. This is what happens in life and there is no way to stop it.

This qualifies as propaganda because they are using social media to get their message across.
The message can be seen as harmful as it can ruin the chances of fast food workers getting the pay they think they deserve and in some peoples opinion they can also this post as rude, since it talks down to their profession in the fast food industry.
The propagandist, or the Facebook user that created this status, is selling her message by describing how different the two jobs is and the work that goes into these fields, but the unjust pay these fields want or have.
The emotional appeal present is appeal to social fears. This appeal is at work because the propagandist uses how scary it could be if her the paramedic who gets paid to make split decisions that save peoples lives would get paid less then fast food workers who couldn't even get her order right.

Fast food workers don't deserve $15 an hour for the work they do. I rated this beneficial because i agree with that woman's opinion. For something so simple that doesn't have any prerequisites, i dont understand how they want more than minium wage.

This image qualifies as propaganda because it persuades readers to think a certain way against fast food employees.
The subject of discussion is i the middle of harmful and beneficial depending on what side of the argument.
They are selling the message by pointing out the wrongs the fast food employees make and showing there claims for a higher amount of pay has no merit.
this appeals to plainfolk because regular people can relate to hardworkers.

This is propaganda because it's proving a point against the fast food workers who think they deserve $15 and hour. I find this beneficial because it's comparing jobs of an importance to a job that isn't needed. It shows how dumb it really is for a fast food worker to get $15.00 an hour while someone who saves lives and has to be quick only gets $11.00 an hour. It's "selling" the message because it makes it easy to understand for others, it was posted on a site that a lot of people use, so it was spreading quickly for people who were not aware of this can decided whether it's still a good idea or not. The emotional appeal to this is Associations.

This message is promoted s propaganda because whoever made the post was kind of promoting McDonald's. It is beneficial and the message that the protagonist is trying to sell is McDonald's makes mistakes and they get paid more for a fast food joint than a EMT.

This propaganda is appeal to pity because it's trying to make us feel bad about the people actually doing their job instead of the people who dos their's wrong. If you think about it fast food restaurants typically are busy and so are hospitals, but fast food places have to make their food for every person that comes in line but hospitals they already have the medicine in stock so all they have to do is get the right medicine and give it to the patient.

This is propaganda because its comparing two vastly different jobs and putting one down. It is beneficial because it shows the difference between the jobs and how the people on the receiving end are treated. The woman who wrote this is trying to get across that it is unfair for fast food workers to get a pay raise to $15, when paramedics save lives and only get $11. It is appeal to pity, to make people feel bad for her wrong order yet her job is tougher than flipping burgers.

I believe this qualifies as propaganda because its attacking fast food workers and how they feel about their pay rate compared to an emergency personale who has to go through more stressfull situations for less. They're using pitty as a way to feed their message. they want people to feel bad for how hard they work and dispisse people who ask for more then they deserve.

The ad makes you think about how society works today by comparing the wages of a McDonalds worker to someone who tries to save lives for a living. I think that the ad could have been more beneficial if it was broadcasted on a different type of media. The main thing that hits a emotional a feeling in people is that the person who saves lives for a living just lost a patient from the food that was sold at the same place the McDonalds employee works. This ad appeals to pity.

I think that if fast food employees mess up someones order the customers should not have to pay regular price for whar they order. I say that this is beneficial because fast food employees should have had some of the food already prepaired this an appeal of self- esteem

This is propaganda because, it gets you very worked up about minimum wage.
It uses appeal to social fears and association
side note it is not about wanting money, it is about having a livable minimum wage, if a mcdonalds worker gets paid 15$ an hour the paramedic would get paid 20$,if you go with the current relationship that she is stating

I agree with Emilee K, it is unfair for those who have a harder job where people depend on them with there lives to get paid only 11$ while a person who flips burger wants a 15$ raise. Paramedics deserve to get paid more than fast food workers and there should not be an argument about it

This message qualifies as propaganda because this person posted what she believes in on social media and used an example of her own life. This is beneficial because it shows on how much a person who just makes food all day thinks they should make more than people you can save lives. This is selling the message because its showing a real life example that is not right. The emotional appeal is Plainfolks. This is because it happens in real life where people think they deserve more than a person that does more.

I believe this is propaganda because the writer wants you to have pity on her. Its beneficial to society because it can show how hard other people work and how hard jobs can be. I agree with her that its unfair and it made me sorta upset.

This post from Facebook is an obvious type of propaganda. The writer is trying to influence the readers to see things from her point of view. This is beneficial to readers, it opens eyes to how under appreciated important jobs are in our society. This point is sold by the person posting this by using a personal experience to sway/influence its readers. The emotional appeal that its trying to tap into is pity.
The reading taps into this emotion by showing the fact that we value burger makers more than emts who make life or death decisions constantly which is just a terrible thing to even consider.

I agree with your opinion on how the propagandist is selling the message and how it is not right. I also believe the emotional appeal is Plainfolks. To add onto that the woman in the post is using an example for her life that everyone can relate to and that is what makes it plainfolks.

This message is qualified as propaganda because it shows valid information that wages should either be increased or decreased. This is beneficial to society because it shows that people who work at fast food restaurants who mess up on orders get paid more than people who help others and if those people mess up someone could get hurt. this emotional appeal would be pity because it shows that humans care more about fast food than people who make life decisions.
