I would consider this advertisement a form of propaganda because it uses the phrase "snag these now - they won't be around forever," which falls under the third key of propaganda: "simplify information." The advertisement is straight-to-the-point - the information conveyed in the ad that the products won't be around forever activates the targeted audience to buy the products before they can't get them anymore, even if the item will remain in stock for a while longer.
