Background Information
This is a PSA created by Polaris Charter Academy with the help of the seniors in the broadcast class at Westinghouse High School asking for alternatives and solutions for their neighborhoods. It begins with a scene of two young boys sitting on their front stoop and one of them is shot. The video also provides opinions and suggestions for solutions to neighborhood problems on Chicago's West Side.
