Romney Campaign Ad against Obama regarding coal mining

Background Information
A political ad made by the Romney Campaign. It was a video ad that played during the 2012 election era that was meant to antagonize Obama on his views for coal mining. It was made with the intent to show voters during that time how Obama attacked coal mining by stating that people opening a coal power plant will lead them to bankruptcy.
Technique Used
Attack Opponents
This is propaganda because
It's a direct ad aimed at Obama's statement regarding coal power plants. Both concepts of pathos and logos are used to establish what Obama said is bad for the community. Pathos is mostly used to provoke the audience to have an emotional reaction to Obama's comments and how this decision will affect the country they live in. Logos is somewhat used as the Romney Campaign used a direct quote from Obama back in 2008, but was mostly used to support the concept of Pathos.
