This was an executive order from President Trump on 7/24/2025. He wants to fight homelessness in the U.S., so he banned urban camping, loitering, and urban squatting. The homeless would be sent to institutional settings.

Simplify Ideas
This is propaganda because
Trump is oversimplifying the issue. He keeps repeating how the city will be beautiful and amazing after the homeless encampments are removed. This is a use of glittering generality. The government is just moving the homeless people out of public sight, out of their "beautiful park". The problem is not solved.
