This image is a perfect example of part of the definition of propaganda "information used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view." In this case the image is promotion the Libertarian Party's political stance. This, like most propaganda, is both beneficial and harmful and depends on what stance you take relating to the issue, for those who support the Libertarian Party it's beneficial, promoting what they believe in; however for those against the Libertarian Party it can be harmful as it makes it appear as though they don't support individual rights. This image is sold through an appeal to plainfolks, mainly have experienced brutality from official armed forces especially those of colour and some in the lgbt community and such they are likely to rally behind this message.

I agree with Malulha's response on how this piece is a great example of propaganda on promoting the libertarian party's stance. Malulha elaborates on the piece in depth and makes the reader understand the article clearly.
