In the year 2015, the Chinese government first launched the formal proposal of Belt and Road Initial (BRI) officially. In order to play a more critical role and achieve the goal of resource sharing, the Chinese Communist Party's propaganda department published lots of videos in the form of journalism to promote the idea of BRI.
