Diplomats from 8 countries visit Xinjiang

This is a response from Chinese government to the international accusation that the re-education camps are meant to suppress muslim minorities. The diplomats are all from friend countries of authoritarian Chinese regime—all the countries themselves are actually authoritarian. The article deploy people's resentment of terrorists and diplomats' praise of the good facilities in the camp to make people believe that the camp is to prevent the horrifying terrorists from emerging.
Harmful. It is a hindrance for people from knowing about the truth about the camp and may lead to further severe humanitarian issues later.
