I think this message is pretty harmful, it paints Hillary Clinton as the Jigsaw puppet from the horror movies. It also literally calls her a puppet, and has the silhouette in the background, in front of a graphic of dozens of negative words like "liar", "malicious", and "inaccurate". This is definitely a funny picture that was made by someone, but it really creates a negative and counterintuitive air around politics. You accomplish less by attacking opposing teams with silly pictures, than you do demonstrating how your team is doing good things for the people. We also have to mention that it is childish to spend time making graphics like this to make Hillary Clinton look bad, because humor isn't going to sway someone's political opinion.
