I was drawn to this picture because I try to evaluate the accuracy of the graphs represented. That was my sole reason for clicking this image. I think it is harmful in that it makes it appear that there are far fewer voters for Trump than initially imagined. This is dangerous because Americans overwhelmingly did not turn out to vote in 2016 (so that part is accurate) but to think that he will not win if more people come to vote is dangerous. If people believe that he will be defeated in the next election staying home to watch Netflix might be more tempting. If they overlook their civic responsibility because it was "Picking between the lesser of two evils" or that he will lose anyway we could very well have a repeat of the 2016 election. Do not become complacent. Do not abdicate the right to vote to a minority or majority because if enough of stay home the rightful winner could lose.

This image is also simplifying and creating a false picture since it fails to mention that only 5/6 of the total population of the USA (represented by the red and black figures) actually have a right to vote.

I think this piece in beneficial because it shows statistical truths, but loses some of its value by being very broad and likely somewhat biased because of this.
