The phrase, which has roots in white supremacy and is something of a racist dog whistle, was chosen because it’s simple and (divorced of context) innocuous. The aim of the campaign to provoke outrage – that those the /pol community consider opponents would find the phrase offensive despite its “harmlessness,” causing them to look foolish and lose credibility with the public. In the words of InfoWars columnist Paul Joseph Watson, the flyers are a “way to trigger leftists into revealing their own anti-white bigotry.”
