Context
Rhianna tweets to support the farmers protest that's taking place in India since November. The farmers are protesting their government to change their proposed laws that will cut famers income to very little. The farmers will need to compete in the wholesale for pricing of their crops and not benefit from setting their prices.

Rhianna's tweet to her 101 million followers was short worded, there was no follow up on the issue or on what was actually happening India. Her tweet sparked outrage from Indians who saw her tweet as propaganda against India. She flared up many emotions from both sides, people who support the farmers protest and those who love their country and did not appreciate an outsider questioning India's government. Her tweet benefited the supporters of the protest to highlight what's happening in India. But, it is questionable in the sense that she didn't exactly address the main issue. Her tweet tells only the half truth without explaining further on the issue.
