People were angry about the police response time in Uvalde, Texas. Some people used weird humor to communicate their anger. On May 25th, 2022, Twitter user alan_mustache captioned a photo of a guy pissing his pants with, "the cops when they see a school shooter," earning roughly 76,700 likes in two days. On May 26th, 2022, Twitch streamer Vaush posted a tweet that contrasted the police response to a response from firefighters to a burning building, earning roughly 12,200 likes in less than a day.
