   I think its something against blacks , why i say that because play stations is mad black and they now are trying to make it white and got the white lady lady holding the black lady face like she are mad.

   I was clearly with the majority on this add. I can see in between the lines that there was definitely not intent to show outright racism in this add, but the point can be construed as a very racist billboard. I can think of many different ideas that would make this way less offensive. I can imagine that sony used this add to generate a response. I wonder if it worked.

   This qualifies as propaganda because it is aimed torwards influencing the attitudes of a population forward some cause or position. This ad is harmful. Propaganda is selling this message by advertising. The emotional appeal would be appeal to force because it shows violence torwards another person/race. Or maybe something with Social rejection , if you don't get the new updated version you aren't so silly accepted , beaten up, rejected.

   It shapes perceptions on the race. It is harmful to the society. They are selling the message that the white person is more superior than a black person. The emotional appeal is self-esstem because it is insulting to the black people.
