    I think the picture itself doesn`t involve any propaganda. If I didn`t get any background information I would just think that was a picture to explain security level

    I feel like it was not an initial intention to get people scared, but to inform them about the terrorist attacks, that may take place and for them to be prepared.

    Seeing that chart on the various news stations day after day and it never going down to green certainly made people feel on edge. One thing i can remember about it was that it didn't go down to green. How many major news corporations have something to do with the government?
