European Greens

Today is International Workers' Day. It celebrates the labour rights that have been achieved in Europe. About 1/10 of people with a job are at risk of poverty in the EU, with zero hour contracts, unpaid internships, and social dumping on the rise. The European Greens want to update labour rules and welfare regimes so that Europe becomes a truly social union that empowers workers, fights poverty and reduces inequality.
