This video is the extended version of a Superbowl ad that was flagged as being too controversial to appear fully on air. In the video, you can see a mother & daughter journey through Mexico to get to the U.S. The production cues in the very beginning indicated that the mother and daughter were leaving behind their impoverished life and seeking a new/better place to live. The music that is played throughout the video is very optimistic and hopeful.

It initiates a reaction. Since this is a 84 Lumber commercial, a lot of people would expect the basic tools, wood, construction sites, that you would probably see in a commercial like this. It pulls the viewers in to thinking this looks like a show or documentary or something along those lines; however, they are thrown off when the 84 Lumber logo pops up near the end.
