The ad activates emotion by playing with the emotion of guilt, remorse, or anger to the viewer. The ad argues that pollution of plastic is bad for the wildlife in the ocean and our ecosystem by saying "The plastic you use once tortures the oceans forever." Rather the ad suggests to protect the ocean by not polluting plastic into the ocean.

    I think this piece of propaganda is extremely powerful. Most people, if not everyone, have soft spots for animals. Seeing something that is the fault of humans being so detrimental to animal life provokes many strong feelings of guilt and sadness, which in turn makes me want to stop using plastic forever.
