I found the ad as I was trying to watch a cooking video, and it seems that Epoch Times is using different kinds of commercials to appeal to different target audiences. Epoch Times is associated with Falun Gong, a religious group that is banned in China.

The media outlet promotes far-right politicians across Europe and the United States. It was the second-largest funder of pro-Trump Facebook advertising after the Trump campaign. The organization also has promoted conspiracy theories such as QAnon and anti-vaccination propaganda.
