I rated this form of propaganda pretty neutral in harmful and beneficial. I chose this topic specifically because of how many young people vape now. The reason I am neutral on this topic is because I do not think it would make non-smokers want to start vaping, even though they say it is healthier. It can become harmful however since smokers may see this as a healthy way of smoking, even though there is not a large sample size on the subject and vaping is still harmful to the body.
