    This billboard is totally propaganda and it's super harmful. Using cute kittens dressed as cows might seem funny but it's actually really manipulative. They're trying to scare conservatives into thinking that immigrants are gonna kill our pets, but they have no proof. And like, making a joke out of it just makes it worse because it's still spreading hate and lies.
