This is propaganda because
While these posters are meant to create a positive shift in opinion, this poster contains misinformation. This poster implies this surgeon was the first to perform a heart transplant in the world. This is not true, nor was he the first in the U.S.

The poster is not dangerous, but it provides misinformation and could end up hurting the state instead of trying to help it.

This poster shows to break the sterotype of Mississippi being a place home to hillbillies and hicks. It uses a metaphor, through the medical achievements that have taken place in the state. They use it positively for people to change their way of thinking and influence what they think of the southern culture in Mississippi.

This poster is not dangerous. The people of Mississippi may take pride in it, but to most other people it is not a big deal.
