Rayat al-Tawheed, a media group comprised of foreign Islamic State fighters, published a video on September 9, 2014 of a German member, Saifullah al-Almani, calling on Muslims in the West to journey to Syria and join the battle.

This propaganda invites Muslims to see themselves as victimized by prejudice, inspring them to advance their interests by coming to Syria to join ISIS. Dangerous because it makes it seem like this kind of terrorism is justified.

    I think it is mostly harmful. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be Muslim and join an organization, but it's isis.
