The ironic comic exaggerates the image of president Trump and has clear opposition against the trade war decision made by Trump’s government. It reaches the purpose by showing the obvious lack of discretion of Trump's behaviour. It’s hard to define what's right or wrong when it comes to political issues. But the comic can't be defined as "news".
