    just because one person out of the entire country of brussels decided to bomb a building dosent mean the whole country is dangerous, thats just one issue the country is trying to handle

    it states the danger that is present. so the police tell everyone to stay in doors because of this threat.
    it both harmful and beneficial. it notifys people but also makes them scared.

    I agree with Jordan L, there is a danger present, and is scaring the people, but the people deserve to know whats going on in their country, regardless of if its scary information or not.
