   I kind of agree, this is propaganda because the company is making it seem like its the best in the world, and that it sells the quickest.

   Sentences are a great thing when you use them correctly. I suggest adding an apostrophe to its because it is sounds better and adding a few words might make the sentence better . Good thinking though.

   By saying how fast this mascara is sold makes poeple think that its the best therefor this is a good for propaganda

   I have more of an issue with the "maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline"
   
   Gives me the sense that your either born with a certain beauty that we all deem acceptable or you need to conform to a higher standard. Also note that the 1.7 seconds does have an asterisk, but I can't tell where that stat comes from...
