Blacktivist

This example of social media was found in the database of the more than 3,500 examples of propaganda that was placed on Facebook by Russian troll factories as part of their effort to sow discord in the 2016 U.S. Presidential cammpaign. Blacktivist was a Russian agent pretending to be an African-American activist. By encouraging African-Americans to distrust the Democratic Party, messages like this may have discouraged voters from participating in the election.
