This propaganda makes the viewer feel a form of hatred or a sense of finding an English person annoying . Quoting a sentence of objects and people they are known for (such as tea and their queen ) then an image of a monster with some ugly teeth helps envision what some English person would say with their unpleasant teeth .So now when you think of a English person ,you think of a monster with some ugly teeth saying something related to their queen or coffee.
