Dit is propaganda omdat
It is encouraging people to see restrictions on their mobility for public health purposes as unfair and wrong by comparing them with World War II, when Germany controlled France. This form of dangerous propaganda could lead people to make decisions that harm public health.

For me, this example is harmful, because even if it is meme with perhaps a humoristic purpose, using a comparison with nazism can be tricky. Indeed, it shows the French government as authoritarian with freedom restrictions, during the context of Covid when they were actually trying to do their best against a virus that we didn't knew very well yet. This kind of media can lead to the spread of conspiracy theories, depicting the pandemia as a voluntary means for government to control people.
