The 2 minute video actually uses all of the techniques above. It activates emotion (hatred, fear, longing, etc.) via images and music played. It responds to various audience needs for a) redress to grievances ("stolen" election, Jewish takeover of media and government, need for security and stability, etc.) b) a strong leader to set things right c) racial and gender harmony, etc. It simplifies ideas - all of the above in a 2 minute video. It attacks opponents by showing them weak and confused (Biden) or in powerful places (Congress, the UN, etc.) where they shouldn't be.
