Achtergrondinformatie
This 'meme' is intended to make fun of President Joe Biden when it comes to the COVID-19 Crisis. In the first image he is seen blaming previous president, Donald Trump for his non-initiative to combat COVID, saying every person who died from the disease was at the hand's of Trump. The second image, now that he is president, is him eating ice cream, appearing not to care of the crisis. He is seen saying "There' nothing I can do, Jack". It was created and posted on a conservative Instagram account... the "@American.Nationalist.Party.USA", who uses instagram as a platform to spread negative propaganda about Democrat views, and invoke fear of threats of communism in America.

Attack Opponents
Dit is propaganda omdat
This post was certainly intended to attack opponents in a quite obvious way. Making fun of the opposite party, the Democrats, while trying to endorse the already angry mindsets of those who do not support him. It may also be intended to invoke emotions of anger or even laughter at the opposing party. This is a harmful post, as it is misleading in regards to the President's attitude towards COVID, and how safe or unsafe we may be.
